Peter McKay is a lame duck.
Hoping to retain a big MP Salary in leadership position while content to do little more than manage the ongoing CPC bankruptcy. And IMO tied to the inexcusable lack of CPC response in High River.

Spreading news of Dr Lewis candidacy as far as I possibly can with friends and family. I want to see her smiling on a $20 bill. The bold new face of a CPC that crushed Liberal values and made Conservatives whole.

I think Canadians are well aware of the unfortunate reality of household names and celebrity putting unqualified people into office.

This isn’t just about firearms, it’s about not compromising on morals and principles, these are the foundations of our beliefs for a better Canada for us and our loved ones.

This pretty much sums up why we are where we are. The left goes full throttle with their beliefs, shoves it down everyone else’s throats, and after 5-10 years when it normalizes, the “conservatives” just meet them in the middle. It’s been going on for 50 years. Half this thread is just red torries that want guns, any other degenerate leftist push they’ll gladly bend over for, if not promote themselves. Absolutely disgusting.

Joined the CPC with a five year membership and immediately sent a donation to Dr. Leslyn Lewis's campaign fund. I encourage my brother's and sisters in arms to get on board.
 
Last time I voted for Max but we got Scheer. This time I would probably like to have O'Toole but I don't think he can beat Justin. I don't think Mckay can beat Justin and I don't like him much anyway.

I think it's time the CPC changes things up. I don't know if Lewis can beat Justin...But I think she can. A black woman lawyer trained in environmental fields could be pretty attractive to centrist voters. I bet some leftys vote for her just because they think it's time a woman was elected as PM. After all, it's 2020 ;)

My friend, you hit the nail on the head. I’ve spent more time lurking and reading on these boards, and this discussion is the most active I’ve ever been. I am disappointed at the lack of support for traditional conservative ideologies, and the acceptance of perversion of our society. Red Tories with guns... :bangHead:

Maybe one day we can build a time machine and travel back to a 1950s that never actually existed (and on the way we can swing-by 1988 and ban the Mini-14 before anyone gets murdered in Montreal), but for now it should be all about taking power back from the LPC.
 
National post stats from elections Canada. My opinion is quit sending money to the 3rd and 4th place and pick between o'toole and the red tory mackay.

I don't know anymore ... in the last election I sent an email to the candidate running in London ON, asking him about gun control and he didn't reply ...

I think the federales are all cut from the same cloth.

You must be a Liberal with an extremist spin like that. To answer your question, it’s not working out because there are too many people forcing their own values and beliefs on people. People just need to mind their own business. As long as ones actions is not impacting anothers autonomy I could careless what they do. I think lesbians should be able to protect their marijuana fields with AK47s, as the old sayings go.
