Brownell's has tang sights for the Rossi 92 units. Can't be certain on the Chiappa tang contour being the same as or right close to the Rossi's.
Either way, there will be some drill & tap work to do.
Not only are the hole spacing's & size/threads important, you have to make sure you have the proper angle of sight base so the upright of the sight is absolutely in line with the bore-tang angle. if it isn't you will have a fuzzy sight picture through the aperture.
