Well, why give up the frame then? Better print the frame with your serial, get a cheap incomplete parts kit to put on - bring the bogus gun to the collection facility. Keep the original. You think they will notice? Especially polymer frame models. Even they do - you say I dunno, I got it transferred like that from the seller, never shot it yet. If it comes down to it, I'll be putting the frame in a freshly poured concrete block with serial number facing up and telling them to shove it up their jacksey sideways. Woodenpigeon, I'd try that method but they took our trains and rails away back in 1989 I believe it was, I spose I could sit along the TCH and fling burning pallets at the trucks going by, I dont think our indigenous would join me though. Trudeau said he want to give municipalities right to ban guns. Meaning that you'll have to move your guns somewhere or you're a criminal - technically it's not a confiscation and therefore no buy backs and no grandfathering. If they knock in your door it's only to arrest you. In it might be worse than when we have now with AR-15, but we'll see. If we can push back on this ban hard enough maybe they will not introduce new bans...
