May I recomend some Smith & Wesson models perhaps? You can find some really inexpensive S&W model 622's which are not only better looking then most .22 pistols out there but from my experiences with them, very very good shooters. I traded off my 622 a while back but still have the S & W Model 2206 which is basicly the same thing but built a little more robust ( heavier ). If you can find a 2206 ... I would say jump on it. ( Some poeple dont like the Smith & Wesson .22's, never understood why though )
I've owned a Walther P22 that I bought for my wife in hopes it would get her into target shooting with me. Didn't work.... I shot it for a while, like said earlier very small even though you can switch up back straps. I didnt have much problems with the FTF and FTE's but did seem to get rained on by flying hot brass

If you got small hands, I wouldn't laugh at you if you bought one. I've never fired or even seen the SIG Mosquito, but from what ive read... not so good.
The CZ Kadet is not a bad idea. I assume you own a CZ 75 , but c'mon, lets face it here, you want another pistol. I think you would get bored in having to switch up the slides and always shooting the same pistol. I did that with the Kimber .22 package for one of my 1911's. I ended up buying a lower frame just to dedicate to it rather then swapping back and forth.
Ruger, everyone loved them exept me. I just dont like the look or the feel really. Looks like a toy or something as opposed to a pistol. But people swear by them as being super reliable and great shooters.
my 2 cents.
Just to recap after all that rambling, have a gander at some Smith & Wessons. There ###y, reliable and accurate. Can't go wrong with that
