ruger 375 alaskan?

How and why could you crush a neck that deeply? Easy...I've done it, by setting my seating die too deep to crimp. I switched over to the "Factory crimping die" . Maybe what Gatehouse is showing us in the picture is one of his ####ed up "trial" cases. No problem with that, that's what reloading is all about. ;)

Oh I get it...Thanks Gatehouse

Well, I know that Remington offered rifles chambered in .375 RUM - never heard of anyone owning such a beast, but whatever did happen to that offering?
A friend of mine has M700 in .375 RUM. It's what he packs when he pursues elk in the northern Rockies and it works very well for him.

You could always go for the 375 Ruger Gatehouse Improved:

Yup Nugget is getting lusty for one......again......
Looks as though he will be after one of Ellwoods. Thank goodness I talked some sense into him...plastic stocks....geesh, why I never!:stirthepot2:

Mig25 nails it yet again too. :stirthepot2:

Im seriously considering buying an african and chopping it to 20 inches. That way I get the compactness and handling of the alaskan, the nicely shaped WOOD stock, Chromemoly barrel and reciever, and good old fashioned blueing. Might as well add a barrel band while I am at it, as I don't usually shoot slung' up.
