It appears we are far worse off then the UK with these new draconian firearms laws.

As a former UK gun owner I have to say that you don't know what you are talking about. It is significantly worse than it is here (post OIC) though things are getting worse.

Registration leads to confiscation

Peaceful non-compliance is your most powerful tool

Those UK legal ARs are manual bolt-action only. (unless it's a rimfire)

But they do get to use full capacity magazines and silencers on their rifles.

Unsure about this, but weren't the UK lever-release AR's ultimately prohibited in May 2019?

Yes. The "lever release" allowed the bolt to cycle and lock back after each shot.
Then you just had to hit the bolt release after each shot to go back in battery.

UK government decided it was too close to semi-auto.

He sounds familiar and expressing the identical tone the Canadians are facing.

But he is incorrect by saying the rifle in his hands has already fallen into the wrong hands...…...Legal firearms owners. The commonwealth is ####ed.

a couple of these videos show ar lowers which Canadians cannot own along with modified straight pull uppers. We can not own even these uppers.

He even mentioned their 50's remain legal due to a push back from their organizations, So I would say they are better off then Canadians.

Have you seen the licensing regime?
I'll pass.. my family in the North Country go.thru #### with the local constabulary...
Rather just have mine buried for someone to find in 50 years than any of that crap.

I'm pretty sure you need to get permission from the police/government for each and every purchase.

Yes this is correct
The land you want to hunt over could also be inspected to ensure the calibre is safe for the land in question.
If you join a rifle range club you just apply for every calibre known to man
Sound mods you apply for and never are you not allowed one.
No magazine limits on any rifle

The rozzers allow you a certain amount of ammo to buy
And a certain amount you can store
The more you use the more then your limits are raised.

Who cares if you can own a AR lower if it's only for a straight pull? Might as well go for something better. Not to mention the uppers are likewise treated as firearms.

Just buy a WK180C then get a restricted upper for it if it bothers you.

Yeah woo 50cals, I support 50 cal owners big time but really if we all got limited to 338 lapua magnum and kept everything else that just got banned we'd be in a bad but much better situation than we currently are in.

In the UK all non-.22LR semi-autos are banned, pistols (excluding black powder things and odd long barrel revolvers with wire stocks) are banned, ammo purchase and ownership limits exist etc etc etc.

The UK is fundamentally worse off. But that's no excuse for anything, just a statement of reality.

Ok I didn’t want to laugh, but We are going to lose everything. Why can’t you understand that.

At least they get to keep their paid for lowers, we cannot.

Now the MS and everything the ATRS company makes are paper weights it’s just beginning.

Thanks to the Liberal voters.
