Availability of parts for many semi-auto sporting rifles started becoming scarcer end of May 2019, around the passing fo bill C-71.
Now some semi-auto sporting rifle uppers have been deemed prohibited by the latest OIC.

I wish they'd take some of the brothers away from monitoring these forums, and get them working on transfers!
Even with an upper it’s a paper weight right now.
