Anyone running an oryx on their mk 2? If so, how do you like it? Accuracy improvement? How does the mag interface in the chassis? Does it disappear in the magwell of the chassis? Thanks in advance

Yup! I run an Oryx on my MkII. Love it, I've got an MDT vertical grip and the full-length ARCA rail and it's a hammer. Not sure, never shot it with the factory stock on it. But I've made the most hits ever in a CPRS match (for me anyway) with this rifle so I'd say it's pretty solid. The big thing is you are supporting the action better regardless but it will change the load your rifle likes. It uses the factory magazine well and its cut to accept it. Fives and tens are easy to use in it.

Thanks. That's what I wanted to hear. I'm not concerned about losing a load it likes as I haven't invested much into testing different rounds. This will inspire me to give it the love it needs

Fair enough! Honestly, I've owned a ton of MKII's over the years and they have always been shooters. I've been running Eley Force since it's the most consistent at distance ammo I've shot and it run awesome too. My only beef is I should've gotten an FV-SR rifle since it would look amazing and I could run the brake I've had for years sitting in a box lol!

That's the model I have. The FV-SR.

I bought the chassis and installed it without issue. It has transformed my mk2 into possibly my favorite gun. Very comfortable to get behind, accuracy is night and day improvement. I was getting amazing results with CCI sv and Aguila subsonic. At the end of my session I was able to shoot the 4 tacks holding my target paper up. I couldn't ever get that accuracy in the factory stock. I recommend it.
