yes for sure i can do Left hand. the holsters would be made for Left-hand or Right-hand, strapping is interchangeable.

i do have an aluminum mold of the s&w 500, its pretty rough though and still trying to find out if it'll work

What size barrel? Or would it be open barrel style?

for revolvers the holsters would be open bottom, the s&w 500 4" open bottom

couple of the molds i was able to track down for the sw500 & Ruger redhawk Super Alaskan awhile back, still working at cleaning them up..

the revolver holsters will have a slighly different design over the semi's.

i will still need to have these revolver molds/holsters tested once i whip up a couple holsters.

Lighted would be holster molded to accommodate pistol with weapon mounted light, such as the x300U or TLR1 etc.

Cobra buckles are just a different brand of buckle, i'll try post some pics of the setup with cobra buckles soon..
