Ordered product then received an email with tracking number 4 days later. 2 days later item was picked up from them and started to be trackable via Canpar, then 3 days later received product. Overall can’t complain, did order again , and looking to see if I receive same service.
 
I waited 2 months for my order of pmc ammo, prices went up by 50 dollars and they called me after 2 months to ask for more money, and also that they would be sending Remington green box instead of the pmc 115 9mm. I even called 2 weeks into waiting after ordering and they said I will get it in the near future and that the order will be fulfilled. Rather then feel bad for making me wait two months they saw nothing wrong with up charging and asking for more money on an order I already placed and paid for 2 months prior. Terrible service and even when the ammo came back in stock online they also told me that it’s not actually in stock so I could not have my original order. Terrible customer service so yes it’s like a coin toss you’ll other get either product and all will be fine or the product won’t actually exist in there inventory and they’ll make you wait along time for it, then ask for more money.
 
Tenda e mailed me on my last order asking for more postage money
I qualified for free shipping as my order was way over the 300 buck minimum
When I asked them what was up with that they said Can post is charging oversize fees on everything, anyone else get this?
Is Can Post gouging everyone on shipping now?

I’ve ordered ammo from them before and had it on my doorstep the same week I ordered it. I guess others haven’t been so lucky. I just ordered a case of these. I can’t even remember the last time I paid $200 for 1000 rounds of 9mm, so we’ll see how it works out this time.
 
I've bought over 5 rifles and shotguns from them online. I've personally never had a problem so far on getting what I ordered and getting it fast.
 
All I can say is they're perfectly fine, helpful, and friendly for the most part in person. Given these experiences, I'm never ordering online from them. Only ordered for pickup once and it was as ordered
 
The lack of correspondence is frustrating, and the shipping delays are too in our era of instant gratification, but the prices are great and the ammo does show up. A little patience goes a long way, this is one of the few businesses that the pandemic has made way busier. They are doing God's work.
