Unsporterizing a Lee Enfield No. 4 MKI - Where do I start?

I get all my parts/stocks for restorations from eBay.uk
Really quite pricy since our dollar is in the crapper right now but you do get quality hardware.
Oh and be prepared for a wait as shipping is extremely slow due to COVID-19
Hope this helps

There is a guy in Calgary, can’t remember his name but I can get you his comtact info. Probably doesn’t have wood, but I think he carries all the metal bits you might require.

Yes part it out or offer the bolt as trade bait for a matching full length sporter (or complete rifle). Then sell the barreled action for $200 and you doubled your investment. The bolt is from the 1322nd Longbranch made. It's worth $250-$500 itself IMHO. That's a great fins!

I got a decent stock set from Numrich for a #1 MK3 project about 5 years ago. Those guys have pretty well everything for restoring Milsurps...

How's the bore on that bad boy? The rifle looks like its seen a few miles, I'd be reluctant to attempt a restore if the bore was tired or pitted. I note a number 3 bolt head, not normally found on low-mileage rifles. The bolt head itself is worth a fair amount of coin...
