Are these non restricted here? It appears ar15 ish?

there are threads about the fightlite on here. 16" barrel so straight to restricted unless a canadian version. i think they remain restricted regardless as an ar15 upper (custom lower). some vendors were entertaining special orders (i presume any importer could bring them in) but uncertain where they sit post-oic; presume prohib given ar upper.

It's a fancy AR15, so Restricted/Prohibited. FRT confirms the Ares SCR is in fact Prohibited at this point.
