Ruger American Ranch 762commie ar mags

i contacted ruger about this 2 years ago and they said that the bottom piece you are looking for was not for sale seperatly.
but the guy in the video didn't seem to have any issues getting it from them.

if i where you id send Snapshot (Ruger's Canadian parts company) a email asking them to order you in the specific part number.
see if they will.
 
Interesting video. He mentions that he was not able to purchase the magwell from the parts department, but had to contact customer service and sweet talk them into selling him one.

When he briefly shows the literature from Ruger around the 3-minute mark, it indicates that they also make a magwell that accepts AICS magazines. That would be a nice upgrade for a standard Ranch Rifle in .308 as well. I hope if anyone has any luck sourcing these parts you can update this thread. A Ranch Rifle in .308 feeding from AICS magazines sounds about perfect.

I emailed Snapper Heads a couple months ago with this exact question and got an auto reply saying that due to Covid they were no longer communicating in person and were closed for the time being...... not sure if they are back to work?
 
Will the mini30 mag well of the 762ranch go on the 556 ranch and take mini14 mags?
I'm guessing the mini30 mags are wider and will not.

I have like... a few hundred dollars worth of mini14 mags and suddenly no rifle for them...
