XRS fresh inlets released!

Hey Guyz, Can anybody of you help me confirm that if MDT XRS Savage SA model will fit my Savage 110 chambered in 6.5 creedmoor? The 6.5 Creedmoor cartridge has a 0.473-inch-diameter case head, the same as the .30-06 family of cartridges. It has a 30-degree shoulder, and the case length is 1.920 inches. The overall cartridge length is 2.825 inches, so it should fit in a standard short action. Or should I contact MDT directly about it?

^ Very much this. More colour options, or offering a variety of cerakote colours for a reasonable markup would be amazing.

I'd go for a darker green - that would be slick. Would also love to see it in cerakote's "combat grey".

Of course those are just personal preferences - but MDT, I can't be the only one who'd pay more money to get a specific cerakote colour on a chassis straight from you guys. Might be worth considering.

With savage actions...

Measure the distance between the 2 action screws. 4.4" and 4.2" are short action. MDT uses a very smart reversible adapter that enables both the old (4.2) and new (4.4) actions to use the same stock.
6.5 CM is typically short action, although you can build a 6.5 on a long action if you so desire...

As long as it's a brand new model 110 chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor it will work without issue.

As long as it's either a 4.4" or 4.27" it should fit, but we generally don't support the single-shot actions.
