I have a TT-33 here (1945) but the slide is marked "VOJNA RADIONICA.BR.28" but no Yugoslavian crest on the top.

I'm guessing it's a Russian TT-33 that somehow went through Yugoslavian refurbishment?

Your standard TT-33, shoots low, but has pretty much 99% bluing left. So it ~looks~ really nice for a Tokarev.

Can anyone confirm (or refute) my Yugo refurb assumption?

Totally. Yugo received a bunch of TT33 from the Red Army late WWII. If you also consider they used to be in the same political stand during the Cold War and only god knows how many military gifting/sales/transfers happened between them.
