I ordered a jumbo safety from s&j over a month ago. I've called, i've emailed, order just says "processing"
Anybody have any ideas? I ordered several parts from other companies at the same time. They all came weeks ago.

I had the exact issue with a parts order from SJ Hardware. I sent them a PM here on CGN and they responded quickly and shipped my order out right away with tracking info.

Simon is a stand up guy and I have never had problems.

He is very busy right now and does have some health issues so I wouldnt be too worried about getting scammed or anything

In 15 years dealing with a great lot of CGN dealers I have never once had a bad experience except with S&J.

Funny you should mention that, lately I've been getting emails from vendors whining about CC fees, margins, shipping to the PO and not the address etc. Never once had that from vendors in the US?

Hi guys
Ot truly has been a sh*it year.
I can't even find the time to explain how hard thing have been
If people could stop dieing that would nice..

It's been a week since I have been on line

We will get back to everyone as we can.

Many deals with Simon and it’s always been excellent. Sometimes life gets in the way and you can’t be on here all the time.

Weird, I've had a solid experience with S&J. Bought a gun and told them to hole onto it for about a week or two until I got back home. They did so willingly and were quick to reply even when I got a notification that the item shipped to early (only the shipping label was created, wasn't shipped out). Great guys to deal with in my experience

Well sadly some dealers are better stay away from. I did buy ( well payed for it) +2 extension from CDN Gunworx. That was on December 11/2019. I did call after month and he didn’t even have it in stock. I called month after and nothing, same month after that. Month after that I did send a massage to ship it or return the money. Over 100 bucks gone a lesson learned. Why would I ever want to have anything to do with them. I never did hear from him to this day.

Dealt with these guys a few times and every time they went above and beyond highly recommend them, you’ll get your order, everyone is having hard times right now

Great when they ship everything. Near impossible getting ahold of someone if you are missing an item. Sent 3-4 emails no response over the 2 months

Panic! Panic! :runaway::runaway::runaway::runaway:
Yes, shipping and replies are longer during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Patience & understanding folks.

S&J enabled me to finish a project & was clear on timelines re: production & shipping.

Simon came through as promised & I'm happy.

Cheers
Jay

:agree:

The service is bit lax ever since his health issues BUT you will get your part or he will make it right.

No need to run to your credit card immediately - you got 90 days.

Keep us posted how it turns out...cheers.

"Go elsewhere, very unreliable business. Always a excuse for poor service."

That has not been my experience. I've always been very happy with both service and pricing. The only difficulty I've had is that when I get the product, I end up buying another one from him and putting another hole in my credit card.
