Diana 34 Premium Globe Sight Inserts?

I have a Diana model 34 Premium with the globe front sight and would like to find different inserts for it. The one insert that came with the rifle is a pointed blade style and it makes it hard for me to see with old eyes.

I called Airgun Source and they are telling me nothing is available, but I'm not buying it. I'll bet it is some sort of standard front sight and optional inserts can be found somewhere.

Does anyone have any information you can share to point me in the right direction?

I really would like a square post style.

I did find this whole Weihrauch front sight kit, but I don't know if it would fit.

OT but, I would recommend an air rifle rated scope. I have a few Hawke scopes and like them.

It's an odd sight to use but try CIBLES and it will direct you to their EVILBAY store. (In Quebec) Nice people to deal with and they have some TOP shooters, really know their stuff.

KDX, I'm not looking for a scope, just an insert for the front sight for a 34 Premium. I do have a Hawke on a Diana 54 BTW seems like a good scope for the job.

So far I'm having no luck finding anything in the correct size.

The insert is 0.6225" or 15.8 mm in diameter.

Can't seem to find anything in that size.

I have a spare square post globe insert for a Gecado 45 which as far as i can tell, may be a Diana 45 clone
The diameter is 0.63" not 0.6225 as you have requested
Also 0.87" across the tabs

D+L airgun in BC perhaps? Gecado 45 is the same as the RWS/Diana 45 and also once Beeman. The 34 evolved from this.

Thanks for the post Lightning Rod

That looks real close. If not perfect, its close enough that I could make it fit.
