Okay call me lazy here, this subject must have been covered enough times but I just can’t go through all the forum on my iPhone screen, it kills me.

I’ve been checking to put a ZEV trigger inside my Glock 17 gen5. First they are extremely difficult to find right apparently, second the kits I have seen for gen5 don’t have any replacement springs. So anyone can explain me why that is, and also where to buy them.

Any comment also on other makes will be appreciated. Glock stock triggers suck.

Thanks

my nephew dropped an ultimate trigger in one of his glocks.in stock form as it comes, not so bad,it's a 5lbs trigger pull give or take ,but with a bit of filing in specific areas of the trigger assembly ,he managed to get a solid and crisp 2.5lbs trigger pull ,with all the safety features intact. the main factor is that the reset and length of trigger action is adjustable, and that's very interesting when the idea is to find a perfect set up for our own personal ergonomics. i'd say it's a 200+dollars well invested, the trigger kit is very nice,in combo with their comp spring kit and V4 connector,it gives a sweet trigger feel to start with, but there's still a lot of '''room''' for an even lighter trigger weight break as long as you know your business around the specifics of the glock triggers.

Glad to hear that you were able to decide. Remember to keep your stock glock trigger group.

Glocks with modified internals have a tendency to malfunction under heavy use.
