Suggestions for . 45 acp compensator.

Just trying to source a brake for my glock 21sf g3. Does anyone know of a source for threaded barrels, and compensators. Hoping a vender here may be helplful. Not looking to send it out. Thanks in advance.

I was looking for compensators for a 21 a little while back, I couldn’t find anything. Only 9mm compensators.

I think the belief is that the 45 does not deliver enough gas to make a compensator effective.

I’m in the same boat for my 21Gen4. I’m flipping and flopping on whether to go 45acp or step up to the 10mm and Comp it. Both the 45 and the 10mm Compensated setups will require different recoil springs and barrels with the Exception of also having to purchase new magazines for 10mm. My plan was to hopefully make a deal with Irunguns and purchase some stuff from them and have them add the components to the order thru them or have my Shipment shipped to them Via GlockStore or what have you and pay their regular fee. Let me know if you go thru with it and I’ll do the same if I do and let you know how it went.

Have you been in touch with any of the gunsmiths who do custom pistol work? Such as Doubletap, BlackBox, etc.

I recently read a story about a company that makes compensators that attach to the frame rail. You can use your factory barrel & this comp makes it work. I just cannot remember who makes it. Perhaps try Brownells?
