What handgun to buy ?

I would say Sig based on your hand size, the 19 isn't a very long grip for a big hand, if you go Glock you might find a 17 or 34 would fit your hand better. Alternatively, if you go with the 19 you could add a magwell for more territory for your pinky :)
Even a 19X would have a longer grip for you with the shorter 19 slide

I have large hands as well and my P226 MK25 is my go to. I own a Glock 17 as well and in comparison it's always the SIG for the best fit.

My P09 fits perfectly in my big hands.

But between your two choices I’d go p226.

But more importantly, don’t ask people what to buy. You are the only one who can truly say what fits best in your hands so either find a range that lets you rent both or find a shop where you can handle both.

Big hands? Desert Eagle.
LOL, but seriously, the G19 likely won't fit. The G19X would be your solution, G17 size frame, G19 side length.
With the SIG you can also get Houge rubber grips for a bit extra girth (I had them on mine and also my Beretta 96A1).
As always, you have to get them in YOUR hands to see what fits you. If possible, go to a range and shoot them. I found I shot better with Glock than SIG.

I have big hands too, and own the P226, G19 and 92fs. They all have their merits. I would try holding them all to see what fits you the best. In my case, the G19 actually fits my hand better than the G17, the hump is in a better place I guess. With the Sig and Beretta different grip panels can help with fit, and newer generation Glocks have different back straps as well. If the zombie liberal apocalypse suddenly descended upon us I would gladly rely on any of the three, with the only real difference is the G19 would be much easier to carry for long periods because of its smaller profile and lighter weight.

I bought a Beretta 92 FS brand new to have one in my herd, it's still unfired but i know i wont be the best with it, it fit my hand so so...

HK M23. More usable round, same size. The comparison photos of the 2 are insane.

I'm torn between Sig p226 or Glock 19.
i have big hands, in peoples experience what has more adjust ability and is more comfortable in hand

You're in luck. Either will suit you fine. Having said that, while I do prefer the G19, some people with large hands prefer the longer grip frame of the G17 over the G19.

In Canada, for an individual, OEM magazines are limited to only 10 cartridges, but the normal capacity for the 'full-size' G17 is 17 and the normal capacity for the 'compact' G19 is 15; that means that both magazines and grip frames are about 1/2" different in height (or length, if you prefer); I don't need that extra 1/2", but some people say that they prefer it (meaning the G17-length grip frame).

You could go to a gun shop and see which one feels more comfortable in your hand. From my own personal experience I like the Sig and the Browning Hi Power.

I've owned a Glock 34 (long before they were fashionable due to John Wick) and a few Kimber 1911s...... bought and sold after I got bored of them.

Back in June I decided to try a Sig... but I chose a P320 (X-Five Legion).... BTW, the Romeo PRO optic is pretty sweet.

I don't have big hands (they are rather small like that of Carnival Employee)... but I sure if I had sausage fingers, then gun would still fit well. I think I may have finally found my "hold on to forever" Handgun.
