X95 Durability?

I've dropped my C7 down a rocky slope on exercise before. Worst that happened was the ELCAN was knocked off, and we had to stop and look for it. I had a friend drop his TAR21 down a similar rocky slope while we were hiking together a couple of years ago. His body broke. The X95 is made of the same material.

If I dropped my C7 in the mud, it would be a b1tch to rack and get working again. I've dropped my TAR21 in the mud before, and it fired just fine. The X95 shares the same internals as the TAR21.

What's more important to you? You aren't gonna be able to have your cake and eat it too. Not in the Canadian market anyway.

^Given how flexible the plastic is I have a hard time imagining it breaking instead of deforming. I have most of a blown up X-95, it's pretty tough polymer.

I'm actually not sure about that. I briefly had both side by side and the X95's polymer had a different feel to it. I don't know if it's better or worse but they might use a different polymer.

Mine seems to be pretty durable though I’ve only had it about six months. It’s been rock solid reliable ASIDE from shooting steel case ammo. Mine does not cycle it well at all once it heats up and the coating on the steel cases gets gooey
