Just a quick shout out to Tenda. Made my first online firearm purchase, and first from Tenda. Good email communication regarding the purchase, took maybe a day longer than expected to ship out, (I'm sure they are busy) but rec'd a few days sooner than the expected delivery date, so I call that a win. Nice non-descript packaging which I appreciate too! Product looks good, hopefully shoots well enough, we'll see soon enough. Happy with the transaction.

And gotta love the smell of that packing oil.....

I have bought from them 3x now. Last order in mid-July was for a firearm, ammo and some accessories. I received notification that the firearm was ready for UPS pick up (ordered in the evening and processed by noon the next day) but UPS required the ammo and accessories to be ship separately, the next day. I took this opportunity to make some changes to my order and called in. They were very pleasant and accommodating. A net refund to my credit card was prompt and accurate. Couldn't have ask for a better experience. Complimentary targets was a nice touch !

I stopped getting complimentary targets, not a deal breaker, just thought they ran out. Guess not. Must say I have had good experience with al the vendors that are on this site. You get the odd hicup, just gotta be chill about it.
 
They are good 99% of the time
I’ve always got exactly what I ordered from them
May/June they were slow at shipping but they were overwhelmed with orders
I had a couple orders the last couple weeks and they shipped out next day
Even got a couple targets so they must be giving them out again
 
I have puchased dozens of things from Tenda over the years.
Non restricted rifles, restricted handguns and rifles plus a ton of ammo and they have always been great.
My last purchase was Chinese t33 and M57 hand gun. The package was halfway to me before I given gotten the confirmation email from the OFC that my transfer was approved lol.
So they must have shipped it as soon as they received them notifications.

Complimentary targets or anything makes us happy !

I have a friend who is a Sales Manager at a luxury dealership and tells me people are more happy with a $50 golf umbrella than the $100K vehicle they just took delivery on !
 
Well now I'm disappointed. No complimentary targets for me. Lol The box was probably too small. Thats ok, i'll just use the box as a target. But i'll be needing some extra mags and a holster, so I think its fair to say I'll be dealing with Tenda on that as well.
