every LEH holder or booked guided hunt should somehow getting together and filing action against these First Nations groups imposing restrictions on lawful land use.
They are going farrrr above and beyond what the Provincial or Federal .... and even the WHO guidelines and protocols regarding exposure to the virus and the steps to minimize risk.
This is nothing but First Nations groups flexing muscle and creating precident for future behavior regarding blocking access to the land for persons not of thier clan/tribe/band ect.
It is nothing more than Interfering with Lawful Hunting...... which is a criminal offense.
this does nothing for reciprocity and reconcilliation. This is First Nations people being racist towards all others and using any excuse to keep non First Nations user groups out of the back country.
It's a tough one for me as I fight for my own Metis indigenous rights in a province where everything is being handed to these well funded First Nations groups who are acting strongly to divide and seperate "us" from"them"
I'll be hunting anywhere I fuggen choose this fall , I have S35 hunting rights too

It doesn't. Its all about control - they think they can control access to the land, and they will use any excuse they can find.
