If you were to clear out all your irons, what is the last rifle you use for big game? Not looking for a calibre pissing match, just the Make and Model of your "one gun".

Doesn't have to be one you already own either...

^^^ I would want to have just my Rem 700 mountain rifle DM. But ultimately if I had to choose. It would be my great grand dads Lee Enfield no1 mk3, 303 brit. It fed the family and friends for many years since it came back from the war, and will continue to do so long after I'm gone.

I would go back to the Browning A-bolt-II Stalker in 300 Winmag....
It just fit so well and was pretty accurate with 180grn bullets too.

Custom 700 in 280AI I barreled myself 8 years ago. Has 23" x 9" twist Shilen #2 barrel. McMillan Edge Mountain Rifle stock, PT&G firing pin, Timney trigger, all metal black nitrided. Weighs 7lbs 2 ounces with a VXIII 4.5-14 in Talley LW's. I currently have 9 hunting rifles and it's the only one coming on the week long hunting trip tomorrow. That says something. I could do without the others but that's no fun.
