Cowboy action shotgun ammo available in Canada

Looking to take up cowboy action shooting. Have a coach gun sgain; have had them before but was the dummy shooting buckshot through them .

I have been reading all kinds about light target loads from CAS websites in the states, but what is available down there is different than what is available up here.

Anyone up here that shoots CAS have any recommendations for shotgun ammo that will work well through a coach gun? I have access to Sail, and Cabelas easily.

YES THIS is best. Also known as "Featherlite" . Exspensive so reloading is the only good answer.

Just about any 7.5 shot cartridge will do. C A S is not long range shooting....
