They stopped making them about a year ago, no warranty anymore, so if anything happens, unless they have stock at a warehouse to ship you a replacement, youre up the creek without a paddle.

This is wrong. They still have a warranty, but good luck actually getting a replacement. You'll end up with credit for a different product most likely. (This is what happened to another CGN member who recently tried to use their warranty I do believe, they were talking about getting a camera lens I think)

Seems about right. I reached out on an issue recently to the Mississauga Ontario location repair center. Decently responsive, seems they try to repair as much as possible. From here I don't know....
You gotta pay shipping there of course.

After 6 months the guy got a cheque in the mail for the value of his scope. They originally offered him replacement with any Nikon product worth up to the value of the scope, but he declined that offer claiming he didn't need anything else.
