Would like to know which service provider and plan everybody is using for your cellular trail camera?

Will any of the pre-paid plan works?

I don’t know about others, but SPYPOINT doesn’t require you to set up a cell plan. You just download their app and view the pictures there. It’s really simple and they have a free plan that gets you 100 photos/month. Check out their website, they lay out the information very clearly.

I have 3 cameras, I use the free plan on one, 250 for $5/month, and unlimited for $10/month. I only pay for the months that my cameras are in use e.g. May-November.

I ordered a Spypoint Cell Link this morning. Will try it out this weekend once I get it. No monthly fees for 100 images to start. We'll see how many days it takes to get 100 images and then consider paying after that.

I have 2 Cell Link adapters that I use with Wildgame Innovations cameras. Works great.

Have you compared it to the spypoint link cameras? I find my adapter doesnt get nearly as good of a cell connection as the stand alone camera does.
No, I haven’t compared but my adapters we’re sending pictures even with 25% signal strength.

Gosh...are these ever expensive...even on Amazon....need one for security but they seem to be cost prohibitive, at least for our family currently.
Love the technology for certain!
Wish one came up used on EE - will keep a search going...!

I use the cheap amazon micro camera. It takes 4 AA batteries, and works fine with a cell link. The cameras are $60 and take good pictures. I bought my cell links for $70 on sale. This is about as cheap as your going to get and have a functional cell camera unless you find one used. The thing I like about this set is that I don’t need every camera to be cell capable so it works out just fine and I can just move the link depending on which camera is getting more play.
