UPDATE
-Replacement wheel and wing nut kits will be available free of charge and upon request to anyone who ordered a drum on/before Sept. 24th 2020. They will be arriving on next shipment due before end of year

-We have updated description of drum magazine to indicate the inner wheel is not cut-out and will be offering subsidized below-cost wheels for $25ea for any new orders moving forward

-We will be going through and responding to all correspondence regarding drum cancellations etc today, we were holding until we had answers first. Those that still want to cancel/refund still can no problem

Is there a preferred way to request the parts? Email? Thanks for bringing in the new wheels.

Other companies have figured this out long ago by limiting quantities at launch to 1 or 2 per customer.

This was put in place during original T81 shipments to prevent people from using "add to cart" to determine how much stock we had left. Nobody ordered x10 rifles at a time on this shipment. I think one person had x8 but it was a manual order called in over the phone and was for a bunch of people at the same gun club iirc

FYI, Im sure i wasn’t the only one who cancelled a drum mag and then cancelled the cancel (Make sense!?) after you guys came up with the solution. Just wanting to make sure that you know there could be a couple of emails from a number of buyers on this subject.

As it is, I’m pretty sure my order already shipped before you received my email.

Does that mean if purchase a new one including the kit now, it's $225 + tax?
 
Pretty sure it means if you ordered by last night its $200. If you order today onwards and want to install the repair kit its $225. I dunno, its clear to me, but maybe I’m missing something.
 
From the pic of T81 LMG package in EE, it should comes with a drum mag by default when shipped out from factory?

To be honest, the way it was worded if I remember correctly was in stock and ready and shipping starts whenever it was like a day or a couple days after. I get that there is a lot of orders and TI can only do what they can do, I am also in no rush but to me it seemed like the shipping would have happened a lot quicker. For people in the 78## to not even have tracking numbers yet means that I might not see mine by Halloween (82##)?? Please put me in my place TI and tell me I’m full of it!!
