Pretty cool for TI that they are so busy their biggest issue is trying to ship everything they’ve sold!! Shows if you bring in the right product the worlds your oyster!!

Just got and update and my 7986 shipped yesterday!! Yay!!

That makes sense, because the normal product is coming from Ontario but the T81 stuff is coming from Strathmore in Alberta.

im 783x so when i saw yours were shippped and i got no notification, and no change on my account. i sent them a message thru their site.

some how they missed me cos a shipping label was done on the 18th but only shipped yesterday after my message. anyways i got an email this morning with tracking and my account was updated. im happy... happy... happy.

btw, i ordered lmg and mags.

Just did. They where great getting back to my pm here a week ago and saying my label is there in the cue...

I was one of the first to order, and I don't have anything shipped yet..I'm not worried, just want to be sure it wasn't lost in the shuffle somewhere.
 
Some clarification on our label process:
-As soon as the orders started rolling in we got started making prepaid labels for our shipping contractors
-If an order was not paid yet or was missing PAL info it was skipped and moved to next in line that was ready to go
-Once we got payment or missing PAL info then label was made
-If order contained items other then T81 stuff then it's shipped separately from the ON warehouse
-Many orders contained multiple packages, due to CP the smaller package, say with spare magazines might arrive before the rifle itself

We understand this wait is frustrating, thank-you all for your patience! We'll get through this!

is there anyway to have a separate box for the pal info in the check out? maybe, i was in a hurry and i didnt see it. i had to message you later which cos some of the delay.
 
The box is pretty big, but the font is a little small, I can see why people are missing it. But yeah if there's a mandatory fill on box before check out would be awesome
