Single action revolver for small hands

HI; Bisley's can be a issue with the hammer. Thumb slipping off. 38s and ubertie stallions sound like a long term idea that I would try. Short term well wranglers in 22 and resale when needed. Yes 38 cal with DRG 130 lead will work fine, the recoil is not as much a issue as some think if loaded well.

Right now she is 4ft tall. I have given her my Rossi 92 carbine and it is a bit too big yet. Going to start her with a Henry 22 youth and a couple 22 revolvers. I like tje idea of 38 light loads, but I want smaller and lighter for now so she does not get discouraged.

If you were closer I'd let you and your daughter try all my 22 small revolvers, but distance is too far. Sorry. - dan

That is okay, thanks for the offer. I had a CGN member offer to lend me one of his already, but my daughter is worried she may drop. Good people here, that is for sure.

Well I got here Colt Frontier Scout. Was going to get her a Single Six, but this will fit her better. Member here gave me an amazing price on it to give her a good start. Now I just need to find another one to match it :).
