Does this meet blaze orange requirement?

I havent measured it yet, but it the requirement says "it must be visible from all sides", does that mean it cannot have have a band at the side? I mean when i turn to the side, i can see the orange on my chest and back

Does it say anywhere on the pkg the square inches covering?
Lots of American states also require minimum sq .inches of coverage.
I'm here in BC so of little experience for Ontario game laws.

As long as it's visible from the sides,you're good to go.
 
Sandwich style is not legal as told to me by a CO in the Pembroke area. So in his eyes that vest wouldn't meet the requirements.
 
i can see the price being a main motivator here, but that thing looks very “plasticy”? spend double that and you won’t have to worry about whether it’s legal or not, very shortly you will have a full assortment of hunter’s orange in your closet (hunters are the easiest people to buy xmas gifts for)

not quite sure what the material is, but its pretty quiet.

Yeah i might just toss this over my backpack if i decide to bring one and grab a proper vest

are there ties on the sides to tie it on, which effectively wraps it around you and makes it visible from all sides? If not, then no it isn't legal. Sandwich style is fine if the side then tie together.

There is a black elastic on each side holding the front and back. Though it is a bit loose so i may have to stitch it up a little to make it wrap around my body better
 
from the pic it looks like piece of plastic but that could be the wrapping reflection, i got something similar years ago from giant tiger but it had snap buttons to hold front to back, made of fleece it worked fine but now serves as my backpack cover for gun season,
if there is any advice that you would take regarding the hunting vests is get a one that has as many pockets as you can willingly spend on, just a piece of orange with two pockets gets replaced soon as not too practical
