Ordered shotshells online from Solely. Over $300 supposedly free shipping. Get a call after two days, saying sorry, cant do the order, because shipping worked out too high. Ridiculous!!! Says usually shipping is around $30. Out of their mind to think shipping would be $30 across the country in some cases, for $300 worth of ammo!!! I will spread the word as wide as i can. Dont sell what you cant supply dude! Pathetic business. Free shipping over $300 on your online orders should mean free shipping! Seriously pathetic.
 
Only ever had one dealing with them and was left unimpressed enough where I dont bother to consider them anymore.

Even if I'm near by, I just skip them and go to Tenda or G4C instead. Better service, pricing and selection.

I had several deals with them , in some cases their price even better .

You have not shipping with a courier company I would bet. Depends on their contract with the shipper, if they don't have a contract, shipping is terrible.
If you are out in the country, that also adds more charges.

They probably failed to include it, in the policy. I know I placed an order from another store, was curious why I was charged shipping. No where did it say NS was Excluded, only NB.. Since I brought it up, it was changed.

Tenda, service? LOL I can't even get a return phone call or email from them on a large order. Mind you that was back a few months, still waiting.

Maybe you called during that #### show cause of covid few months back, I honesty call them all the time no problem, even the manger that Asian women will answer, she’s actually pretty chill too and will solve most issues no problem.

I’ve been to the actual solely store and it was cool place, no issues.
