Check out the new cookbook that was just released by Michael Hunter who some of you may know as the chef of Antler Kitchen & Bar in Toronto.
I haven't tried any of the recipes yet but at first glance it looks like a great cookbook for the hunter to have on hand.
Just a quick review, it starts with some butcher guides for deer, duck and turkey. Then has four recipes sections:

- Large Game: mostly venison but also some boar, elk and moose
- Small Game: turkey, duck, grouse, goose, dove, pigeon, rabbit, squirrel
- Fish & Forage: Pickerel, trout, perch, prawns, halibut, lobster, wild mushrooms, wild blueberry, etc.
- Wild Deserts and Foraged Cocktails: all kinds of interesting things in this section......
