You can just strip it and re-finish to match....pretty easy to do.

I managed to snag a blued model on the second release. I can't say I am a fan of TI's practices but they sure do know how to play us. Was really wanting a phosphate model but I think I'm lucky to have gotten anything.

Its a chinese military rifle what do you expect? Surplus guns have flaws thats just part of their charm, don't like it then sell it off and buy something else.

They are new production guns, not surplus, these were made to order.

You guys know what I mean, its not some handcrafted rifle from germany or Switzerland, not some modern production sporting rifle from a factory from the states with higher standards. It's s a military rifle from a military factory that's in semi auto only to comply with our laws. Chances are the wood comes out of a big crate and they just grab the one on top same as they would the ones going to militaries using them in conflict. My folder came with bluing loss on the top handguard, probably due to that very same reason..
