Why is no one selling their Glock 48?

Because they're the shiznit, would be my guess.

It was, after all, developped and made FOR the Canadian market.

I’ll sell you mine, but you won’t like the price. Honestly one of the best handgun purchases I’ve made and I was ambivalent about Glocks before.

glock considered that none users of the potential g48 in canada are left handed ...

I’ve had at least one of every generation Glock’s put out, and the 48 is one of the better ones. I’ve got smaller hands, and the single stack grip works really well for me. I’ve got a 19, 19X as well, both great guns, but I started shooting centrefire handguns with a S&W model 39 back in the early 70’s. Single stack 9’s have got a lot of history with me, and this is one of the best I’ve shot.
I got mine in the first batch to hit Calgary, and I’m north of 3,000 rounds with it. It’s accurate, trigger is great for a Glock trigger, felt recoil is very low for a light gun, and it’s glock dependable, so it’s staying right where it is.

Not really sure what you mean by that?
I’m a G48 owner, and left handed, and it’s no different than any of my other Glocks. Except maybe that I shoot the double stacks better because I’m able to clamp it down with my own offhand mitt a lot better.

More trigger time with eventually clean that up, I suspect.

all the last generation are ambi except the g48 so not left handed friendly that doesnt mean you can not work on your muscle memory ...

I purchased the Glock 48 when then first arrived in Canada. Last February I received an email from gun retailer that there was a recall on certain Glock 48s due to the loaded chamber indicator was not working. Quite honestly I have never utilized this feature. I had over 200 rounds through it and the 48 ran flawlessly. I sent it back and Glock sent me a brand new 48 and an extra mag for the inconvenience. This gun is a keeper and it is a blast to shoot.

My wife loves shooting it... I tried a few times as well, managed to shoot some very decent groups with it as well... Nice gun to have... I probably would like it more if slide was black but not my gun so can't really get it blacked out...!

You can get the standard black finished slide. For some reason the ugly two tone seems to be the more abundant model..? I forgot to mention that due to my large hands the slide does chew my hand up pretty good when shooting with a high grip. I like the gun so much it doesn't really bother me too much until the gore starts speckling my face though...

time to have extension magasine ....

^That won't change where the bore axis is. I shooter better, faster with a high grip, like almost everyone. The gun is just so small that my hands swallow it up a bit.

Soon you’ll have two grooves carved in your hand. Robert Vogel would approve. He gets cut up all the time.

Glock perfection right there.

Reasonably cheap , massively customizable and easy to clean/oil AND it fits my girl hands !
The only other pistols I have that fit me are my Browning baby 1911s ....not as easy to clean and not very customizable .
It’s a keeper .

not sure how I ended up with 2 but still trying to decide which one to keep...like them I will probably keep the one with metal sights.
