Challenger magnum rifled slugs FTE?

I shot some Challenger Magnum rifled slugs out of my Dominion grizzly, and most of them did not eject when I wanted to rack the shotgun, twice I had to remove the barrel to get the spent shell out. It seems the brass is very thin on them, anybody else shoot these?

The "brass" is likely just plated steel. It also does little to nothing to prevent expansion. You likely just have a rough or dirty chamber.
