Some years ago, I also scored NOS Tradewinds-Timney triggers in original boxes... they're getting harder and harder to come by...
I am planning on installing it on my Mauser Oberndorf (ca. 1925) sporting rifle.
I'll need to pick up a cocking piece, because it is going to be necessary to anneal it before drilling and tapping, and then rehardening. If I mess up the cocking piece, I'd rather not do it to the original in the rifle.
Managed to find a Lyman wigwag (Model 34?) for the Mannlicher-Schoenauer carbine that I made up on a Greek military action.
A little linseed oil won't hurt it too.
Looks like it is a stock for an early M46 to me.
What is the weight of a commercial" FN '98 action rifle? Are they the same weight as a 1600?
Can someone please tell me what Husqvarna model fits this stock?
Its a Swedish Mauser 96 variation.
