Forster Co-Ax

Have you tried x reload, they seem to carry a wide assortment of presses, or Midsouth shooter supply down south, they ship to Kanuckistan.

Can order direct from Forster (obviously not in Canada but they'll ship). Looking at the price I'm sure happy I got mine 10 years ago.

I bought my first Co-Ax 30+ years ago. [It is still marked "Bonanza"] Immediately knew I had found a superior press.
Added a second one about 5 years ago, and it is as good, if not slightly better than my older one.

In the years since I acquired my first one, I have loaded literally 10's of thousands of rounds of centerfire ammo on
them. In that time, I have not had to replace even a single part. [Did an upgrade on the jaws of the older one]

One of the changes made to the newer "Forster" model is the taller "yoke" on the handle to clear the micrometer
type seating dies. The older press does not clear these, but the handle can be upgraded to the newer design.
I just use one press for sizing, and the other for seating.

The cost of a new Co-Ax has risen appreciably, but it is still a bargain, IMHO. There are a couple of competitive
presses [as far as function], but they are quite a bit pricier.

Buy a Co-Ax, and you will wonder why you waited this long. :) Dave.

I've had two now. Bought one a cpl years ago, used it, didn't feel the love. Sold it locally. Then thought maybe I didn't give it enough of a chance. Bought another one. One was from Mystic and the other from Brownells. Set up the second one, loaded a few rds. Still didn't feel the love. Put it all back in the box where it sits now. It's like new.

Saw that $486 and still in stock.

Welcome to the Canadian Peso. With the Turd still around to buy brainless voters who think money grows on trees and electricity comes from the wall, by next year that same press should be pushing the $1K mark.

OK, maybe not QUITE that much, but the Forster Co-Ax press always was a premium unit, priced as such, and it isn't that bad considering it will last you forever and then some.

For the really top of the line stuff, sometimes you just have to bite the bullet.

I checked with epps while I was shopping around and they quoted me $629.99

When I bought mine, circa about 1974, at the White Elephant in Spokane, I didn't realize at the time I was making an investment for my estate...

I'm not even sure what I paid back then, but I think an RCBS Rockchucker was somewhere around $80, and when I paid for the Co-Ax, I remember thinking "this better be good for nearly twice the price".
