There are some partial truth to what you are saying.
For an example, with any severe acute respiratory syndrome type of infection there is a potential to damage your organs, this is not unique to Covid.
Serious question - how long do you want to lock down for?
What happens when Canadian government releases states for suicides and the 20-59 age group has 4,000 more suicides more then last year during the same period? Or what about 80year olds who do not want to spend their last few months on this planet staring at a wall and not being able to see kids/grandkids. Are we ok with that as well? Stick them in a room for their own good... Wasn't it 3 weeks to curve the spread?

In Ontario my school board sent a letter to parents advising them to prepare for a shutdown / school closure
So am I getting this right, Manitoba has a total of 114 deaths in 7 months and the government decides to lock the province down ? That is absolutely ridiculous. There are more people dying today from suicide than Covid, more people dying daily from drug overdoses, and more people dies last year from the flu than C-19.

I find it amazing that all these scientists are completely fooled into thinking this covid thing is a big deal, but a bunch of google scholars who don't even know what science looks like in practice managed to figure out the "real" truth... which just happens to coincide with the conveniences they demand.
One of my coworkers died from Covid, he was 32 years old and in good shape. This virus effects people differently and in some cases can be extremely serious. Idk what to do with the shut downs as it hurts the economy but to the people saying it’s fake or no big deal, give your head a shake.

Think of it like a rubber ball. What happens when you flatten it? It gets flatter, but it also gets a lot longer. The volume of the ball doesn't really change, only it's shape does.
Same thing with Covid, and how the lockdowns will draw out the deaths, but they won't change the number of them.
For a given population, there will be x number of people that are susceptible to Covid19, those that will be hit hard by it and those that will die. The virus and the population makeup (ie. the number of people in the population that will die) is fixed. You can't change it significantly, as there are NO measures that completely eliminate the spread. All we are doing is dragging it out.
The original idea of the lockdowns was to keep the hospitals (already $hitty) from being overwhelmed. In the meantime our spineless governments and Nazi-like health officials have done absolutely SFA to significantly increase our hospitals capacity to respond to the influx of patients once the 'temporary measure' lockdown was lifted.
Flatten the curve = draw it out.
The lockdowns will have minimal effect on the number of deaths from Covid. The people that are going to die are going to die all at once, or one at a time (but they're still going to succumb to Covid, whether it's a day from now or 9 months from now.
To save people who can't be saved, we are destroying our economy and system. 'Wreck it to rule it' in the sense that these scumbag leftists can't "Build back better" until they destroy everything first.

What's your opinion on cancer deaths, accidental deaths, suicides and overdoses? Can we save them somehow? Can we do more? Especially because of day off tomorrow?
Suicides will be solved by firearms bans. Check.
Overdoses are solved by ignoring the issue. Check.
Accidental deaths are solved by.... Pretending they don't exist. Check.
Cancer deaths. Hopes and prayers. Check.
COVID deaths are not solved by wearing masks as proven by covidcalypse on the news. They can't really order us to stop breathing, so 2nd voluntary imprisonment in a year is a next good thing. Check.
