The old forced together to die in care homes, hundreds of thousands of cancer screenings and treatments postponed, millions of jobs lost and a generational debt. To be followed up with 1.2 million immigrants fast tracked into the country while we have record unemployment, gun confiscations and an untested vaccine. Which was the point of the stupidity of the governments/worlds approach (because lets face it, or elected clowns, any of them, don't know what they're doing. that's the problem when 90% of your job is covering your own a-hole), to preserve the Medical system of the country, of the world. so that covid DIDN'T become the only thing that hospitals were treating, so that surgeries weren't getting cancelled, so that accidents didn't result in death because of the inability for medical professionals to treat people. thats why they really want you to wear masks, why they really want you to wash your hands, and why they really want you to stay home. but that's not working, because our countries are so bankrupt that they can't just get people to STAY HOME without GOING BROKE, killing themselves or each other, and just generally having a bad time of it.
The system failed when we decided to go multinational (who knew things could go down hill when our wages had to compete with wages in the third world? that raising the rest of the worlds standard of living meant anything other than lowering our own?), and thus became dependent on a work force that has no savings, and an inherent inability to take a year off without ending up on the street or dead. This is just another, what very well may be the final, nail in the coffin for a large proportion of Canadian, American, and European families, and our suffering doesn't even scratch the surface of what's going on in the rest of the world.
I agree though. Get it over with. Dragging this out is only going to turn a quick death into death by a thousand cuts.

Did you know in operating rooms they pump in a higher % to counter the loss of oxygen due to the mask ? I don't see everyone walking around with oxygen tanks to counter the reduced amount of oxygen intake.

It's one thing to live in a rich country where everyone gets cheques from the Government but I have family in Africa and the economic effects of the global lockdowns are causing mass hunger. In the town I lived in people are queuing for 4km to get a food package.

So I get frustrated with the virtue signaling about lockdowns from people who either have no idea of the harm they are causing or just don't care about millions of deaths around the world.

100%. I’m pretty sick of hearing “it’s not about you, man... it’s about the elderly and more vulnerable who can’t fight it off”. There have been tests sent in for unopened PCR "q-tips" and they came back positive !

The PCR test is widely known to have at least an 80% FALSE POSITIVE (which is why the inventor warned against it's use for diagnosis).
