The other day I was target shooting with my Savage 17hmr. It was coldish approximately -5c and the trigger that broke so crisp up till now suddenly had a lot of creep. Has anyone else had this problem? Its a 93r17 BTVSS

Grease or oil will produce creep like you've indicated.

Clean all the lube out of your trigger mechanism, and lightly lube with a light synthetic oil. Synthetic oil is more temperature stable, and will not thicken up much as regular stuff in the cold.

I don't leave any oil in the trigger group, I just spray some 90% alcohol into it. That washes out dirt and drys without residue. You could put a tiny drop of synth where the trigger/sear meet, but that's not needed imo. Just something to 'collect' dirt. Bolt actions keep the group pretty clean otherwise, not a lot of powder blown in. And I've got the Accu-spring screwed in as tight as possible, about 1-1.5 # trigger that's very crisp.
* Forgot to say, I do this both in my Sav-64(NO A-T, about 3-4# trigger) and B-22 w-A-T.
