Like I said.... if you go into the store... they are great. Knowledgeable staff and great selection. I was buying from them long before I knew anything about their online presence. I'll continue to support their store front because they are 1 of only a few places that have airsoft and pellet guns in store. I don't like online shopping anyway... I've only had positive experiences with hero, sorry you didn't. Maybe you were the problem...

You're quite right. Thread after thread about how much they suck and how dishonest they are. Must be that OP is the problem lol.

Yep, it was me that caused them to rip off countless people. First post is promoting a ####ty store, pretty clear that Zero Indoors is the one posting as This idiot.

They never ripped me off. I go into the store. Great service in store. You seem to be the idiot if you ordered from them knowing their online reputation. Be smarter.
 
Horrible!!! Had to get my money back through (FRAUD ALERT) mediation. Do not recommend, they have nothing in stock, most items end up backordered
 
Good to know...was about to order something, but thought it was strange that they had this item available, while everyone else had it listed as "discontinued".
 
I despise unprofessional web dealers.

I ordered something once from coretacsolutions and realized it was not what I was expecting... Called them 5 minutes after I opened the package.... Sorry no returns on anything... All sales are final regardless of price.

These guys sell $6000 scopes with a no refund policy... WTF... That is bordering on criminal for a retail outfit. Just classless and despicable.
 
One of the problems with buying off of the internet is you don t know who your buying from .You may invision a big store with a number of employees when in reality it is a guy selling out of his moms basement.These days it is up to the buyer to do a proper check on who you are sending your money to especially if it is a lot of money.A lot of web dealers use the anonymity of the web to take advantage of unsuspecting customers
 
I was screwed by Hero a few months back as well. It used to be a decent and reputable store once upon a time. Now they've turned it into a huge sh!t sandwich and they're making most of their customers take a bite...
 
My one Online purchase was for a folder that seemed to be out of stock everywhere but showed in-stock at HO.

Since I don't live "too far" (40mins) I set it up for store pick-up. It took about a week before I was notified that it was in so off I went.
The store is actually quite big and stocked with tons of products. The staff was nice to deal with too.

Really strange the difference between Online vs in-person shopping at HO. After reading mostly neg Online experiences I will stay away.....
