I hesitated for literally 10 minutes cause my gf was looking for ideas for Christmas for me, and in that time the last acc chassis for $599 sold... :(

Still managed to get a ckye pod though!

the first 40 minutes were frustrating failure, but I was pleasantly surprised to try again an hour ago and find that the site was working fine.
and the Ckye pod and mags I wanted were still available. the fail became a win, so I'm happy.
 
The site finally worked, i haven't heard about this vendor till today

I cant believe the hype, they have literally 50 items for sale total, cant believe i wasted my time!
 
Missed out on a lot of purchases because either 1. The website couldn’t handle traffic, 2. Not all sale items were listed right at 3pm. Many appeared later it seems and thus missed out. Was expecting a bit more sale wise too. Great in theory, poor practice.

Thanks for sales opportunity though.
 
Well that's the last time I wait several months for MDTs black friday. Now I have to wait another 12 weeks for a chassis that was 10% off. Not worth it at all.

Might as well just have regular sales throughout the year.

As long as the clamp has the RRS interface it will work. That is the main one we know of though.

What chassis were you looking for? And the 12-week mark is a buffer, we are expecting to be a lot sooner than that.

Depending on what you are looking at the out of stock is accurate and it's letting you know it's not available. We will get you the item at the Black Friday price for sure!

I was lucky enough to get the factory 2nd chassis that I wanted but unable to get anything else finally around 10pm EST last night. Thanks for the opportunity.

If you aren't already doing it or planning on doing it for next time, you folks need to set up a Pre-Prod sandbox to simulate this around 2-3 months beforehand for next time so that you can pro-actively work to prevent these types of issues from happening again.

We did that, our server was set up for 4X the traffic of the sale last year. We thought we would be good to go at that point.
 
Finally able to proceed to checkout on a $1,400.00 cart and the site won't let me complete because it can't reconcile region information for the billing and shipping addresses ... can you say frustrating!
