Too bad there are ppl in our community who are happy to put the nails in it's coffin. I am hoping you name them in the suit also since their sticky beak will have had an effect on your bottom line too.

If you read the letter from the RCMP they said they received a complaint that ATRS wouldn’t cancel their order for an MS and tried to use the CFO to get their money back. I’m sure Rick knows exactly who this is because they must’ve come to him first demanding their money back. If not I’m sure Rick wouldn’t have posted that it was a customer that complained.

But it really doesn’t matter who it was. It’s been done, and arguably this day has been coming for awhile. So now it’s time to circle the wagons and show our support for someone who has truly earned it.

This makes me so damn mad that a customer would stoop to this level just to try and get their money back. You stated from day 1 that if the frt wasn't approved or the rifle was banned there would be NO refunds. Some "People" are garbage and I can't wait to get off this planet. Or if Trumper wins move to the states
 
I'm starting to get sick and tired of not just our federal government, but the corrupt institutions such as the RCMP within, despite many rank-and-file officers out there actually trying to actually make a difference it seems that all it takes is some Ottawa-appointed crony looking to make a name for himself to finally erode all the respect I had for the RCMP. I hold individual frontline officers in high regard, but I find myself struggling to maintain any of the respect I may have had for the institution that is the RCMP. I hope this goes well for you Rick, not just for the sake of you and your employees but Canadians as a whole, this isn't just about the firearms community in my opinion this is about our fundamental rights and liberties, not just privacy rights but our right to live free of arbitrary laws and regulations such as the FRT changes. How can we justify shutting down a family-owned business providing skilled jobs as protecting Canadians?

"An unjust law is no law at all" this holds true today just as it held true for Martin Luther King when he spoke out against racial segregation.

I will be contacting my MLA to let her know where I stand on this. I have to say I am extremely disappointed with the glacial pace our provincial government is moving at, this would likely be a non-issue if they had followed in the footsteps of Saskatchewan and appointed our own CFO.

I will be endeavoring to contribute to your cause and the other challenges, I hope whatever paltry funds I can give will be of assistance. The only way we stand a chance is using all available avenues of resistance, including civil court.

Tonight I was escorting a friend at a "Psychotic and Pathological lying looser earning a living at the expense of Canadian tax payers" therapy reunion.
Out of the blue I was asked to speak.

I hope Murray Smith gets torn apart in court/discovery. I’m so sick of people in government doing whatever they want, destroying lives, and suffering no consequences themselves. these bureaucrats are emboldened because they never suffer any consequences. Bleed the MFer dry, I say.

Same. The top level guys of these organizations are nasty political creatures, but I’m totally supportive of the actual officers that do the hard work. I’ve always been supportive of individual officers, even today with all the flack they are getting, but the organization is corrupt.

We cannot ever expect fairness and justice. The bureau-rats loathe while they feast off of us. The border stooges are also jockeying for notoriety. Now AR parts are being denied even though they fit on many platforms.

the list of individuals that would like to purchase or would have purchased your products that now we cannot

this would prove damages in court

Only good news if you can call it that is no one that ordered after May 1 would have one so their “threat “ that someone purchased a prohib and has it and not protected is not a reality. Why did Jason K not get Alberta their own CFO? Or why does he not now? If after seeing this he does nothing then we will know the answer he never will or intended to.
 
Question: The letter says that now derivatives of AR-10s are prohibited. Is the modern sporter a derivative of the AR10, AR102, or is it entirely designed to be it's own receiver that just excepts some AR-15 parts?
