Lol I used my Dremel, took 2 hours but worked out fine, will wait until I can use my buddies belt sander next time for sure

You want something with wide claws so there is less pressure on the polymer.

I ordered a UTG bi directional mount, I'll review it when I get it. I didn't have luck with a few others.

I stopped using a red dot as I like stretching out to 75 - 100 yards.

Bought this scope off Amazon for 67.00, love the size, came with rings, and the red illuminated crosshairs are cool.

Here is my build updated with B&T MP5 folding stock, CSM Vertical Grip and ICS lower mod. I run a bolt at the bottom to pin the stock open.

I believe so, it is a fav shooter with my kids and friends. Nothing feels like an HK style layout.

I dont think u can use the push pin for the buttstock if u have the short barrel

Agreed, on being an opinion, but if you are questioned by the RCMP or Fish and Wildlife, pointing out the screwed down pin could make the questions go easier. Just my opinion on how I think I would explain my build. I always bring the RCMP 660mm print out as well. Plus can pull it up on my phone. As I have a few factory short barrelled builds.
