sounds like hes saying Austrian surplus used to go for the same price as Chinese surplus and that the Austrian was of higher quality
Sorry didn’t know the hirtenberger ammo was Australian surplus. Saw that stuff for sale for like 85 cents a round when I was researching before buying this
