Just aquired a CZ 527 762x39 from a fellow CGNr

Missing its rear site

Can anyone with one of these rifles measure the rear site height please
Base of dovetail to top of blade

Going to try to cross reference one from my gunsmiths parts bin

Anyone know where a fella can buy CZ parts in Canada??

Depending on the year your rifle has been built it has different rear/front sights. Pls. post a pic and maybe someone can help.

Wolverine Supplies in Virden Manitoba is the Canadian Warranty Centre for CZ firearms in Canada. They are one of the sponsoring business members on this forum. Look at the top of this page in the upper left corner for a link to their website (Black Square). They do carry some CZ parts and can likely order what you may need.
 
I have a older one without a fiber front it’s removed. Hope it helps. The one is on the bottom of the v the other is the outside.

FWIW I have a 527 Lux in 223 and emailed CZ USA to find out what the rear sight should be with my #6 front sight. Their reply:

Good Morning,

I would go with #2. Most generally #2 is the sight installed on that firearm from factory.
