The Saginaw is a East German one, probably worth $250-325 as they aren;t very desireable.

The Rock-Ola is worth about $375-500 or so.

depends the german one likely not much

the rockola is it a mixmaster or all orig rockola parts?

Pm me the serial range(all#'s but last 2) and any markings you can find and ill let you know what you have

"...I know nothing of these guns..." Firstly, they're restricted and can't be used for much of anything.
A 'mix master' has parts from manufacturers other than those made by the maker of the receiver. This is perfectly normal. 99.99% of all carbines went through an arsenal rebuild after W.W. II. So the chances of you finding one that has not been rebuilt are slim. Most of the carbines that do have 'matching' parts have been owned by somebody with too much time and money. That somebody has tracked down, purchased(at considerable expense) and replaced the perfectly serviceable existing parts with parts made by the receiver manufacturer. They think it will increase the value. It's still a rebuilt carbine.
East German carbines were used by their Police. The rear sight was changed because that style of sight was supposedly what they were used to using.

THe only real desireable German M1 Carbines are the Bavarians for the most part as they didn't have that penchant for mauser style sights as much as zee other Germans did. Too bad about that Saginaw. I have found a number of German M1's retain many of their original as-built parts, the first ones delivered not having gone through rebuild with the ones that remained in US inventories.

That Rock-ola is nice, as with what Contact said, price will depend upon the guts of the rifle, condition of the barrel, and markings throughout. From the pic though, it looks to be pretty nice!
