When you say 90 degree upgrade, do you meant to say a safety with a 90 degree throw (instead of 180)?
I do hope to see a mirrored safety.

It can be removed i replaced it with a regular type 81 fixed stock

I thought it was riveted in place? How'd you remove the stock?

At the rear if the receiver there are two rivets. Below the rivets there are two pins. Drive the pins out and the stock should slide out.

A few months at least. Our latest revision had occasional issues with cases deflecting back into action so have to redesign mount to move far enough back to clear ejection port, and then design and make safety for right side since by going that back back means LH safety is covered now.

That’s great, the only reason I didn’t buy one last time was because I didn’t want a gun with “made in China” stamped on it.

Glad to see the factory was smart enough to leave that out, I’m going to buy one now and tell my kids it’s Russian.

i dont think your kids will care, like me i dont care if its made in japan or germany. not like my parents.

I am wondering if there will be extra replacement wheel and wing nut kits for Type 81 drum mags for sale after everyone that ordered a drum with their LMG on the first order receives theirs? I would like to buy a couple drums but only if I can also get the wheel kits with them.

Perfect! I think the right side is a better location for the safety anyway.
