Yes.

Since the AR family and its "variants" (SPIT~!) are now housebound and prohibited (not including AR180 and other models that use STANAG mags), the only legal rifle to use them are bolt actions. No magazine limits on hand operated firearms.

PS: yes our gun laws, and others sucks. But you cannot unpin a 5/30 magazine to use in a Ruger Ranch 5.56
